Thank you to the team at OER for a fantastic experience of transitioning from a working coal fire to a new Flavel log burner. We loved visiting the showroom and choosing from a large range of stock. (The showroom was easy to socially distance and COVID secure.) The staff (Richard and Lynn) were very helpful and shared useful tips. There is lots of choice and the log burner designs are a mixture of modern to classic. We were impressed with the fitter Karl and his team worked well to install a few weeks after we bought it. We are looking forward to lighting it and would highly recommend.
We are so thrilled with our new fireplace and logburner. The whole experience was easy, from the staff in the showroom ,the home visit explained and advised brilliantly to the very experienced fitters who were careful and made the least mess they could. THANKYOU
Looking for a fire and surround and we found OER. :) What a great place, plenty of choice and the main thing staff were very informative but not pushy. We were left to browse at our leisure and happy with the service we received. I would recommend OER to family and friends.
