They speak really good english, but the problem was that they insisted that i change my service and offered me lower prices and didn’t mention any first time payment(40) and even now after that my invoice is different everytime even tho i dont use it much but the invoices are more than they should be

Nachdem ich vom o2 Shop in der Hauptstr. 73 als o2 Kunde weggeschickt worden bin weil sie mir kein Handy ohne Tarif verkaufen dürfen (versteh ich bis heute nicht) - bekam ich nun hier mein neues Smartphone samt Tarifwechsel mit mehr Datenvolumen! Tiptop! Danke!
