Hat gut angefangen, aber schnell & stark nachgelassen: Klasse Beratung bekommen und auch gleich den Vertrag abgeschlossen, doch warte jetzt schon seit über 4 Wochen auf mein gängiges iPhone 12. Zuerst musste ich auf den Mitarbeiter, der im Urlaub war, warten, da die anderen Mitarbeiter keine Einsicht in die Verträge hatten und dann hat er sich seitdem kein einziges Mal gemeldet. Ich war der einzigste, der schon öfters angerufen hat. Sehe hier keine Interesse des Verkäufers und kein wirklicher Service!
