Frequently printing there large documents that require binding or lamination and the quality is always great. Friendly staff and never had delays. Tried website several times - never works when it comes to checkout and delivery, so just physically visited the store.

I was looking for airpods pro . Apple , jb hifi no stock but officeworks have in stock at the moment . There are many boxes . Same price . If you really in hurry to buy it , I recommend this. But Be sure to remember that engraving is not available in Officeworks.

Fantastic service and also incredibly fast. I uploaded some documents to be printed and bounded, which had an SLA of 2 business days. In SEVEN minutes I got an email saying they were ready, and they were really ready. I don’t think I wanna would be able to get them printed and bounded so fast even if I had the equipments at home. When I went to collect them, it was again easy and quick, also friendly staff there. I am satisfied and I do not have anything to report.

Samo the worse Officeworks staff member I ever seen in my entire life. Highly recommend management team to review his performance and attitude if Officeworks care about their business. Shutting the shop before closing hour, rushing customers out and said I need to catch my train!!!! Amazing!!!!!

Went in to buy a laptop today. All staff were at the front desk and no one approached me as I entered or browsed in the laptop section. After my request someone came to help me buy a laptop. They didn’t ask why I was buying it or give me any insight to the best models were just interested in getting the sale. I decided to leave it and purchase myself online. Don’t want to be negative during these tough times but for me a laptop is a significant purchase and I would appreciate some attention and customer service to assist me in this decision.

Just went there to try to print some docs. The staff is so rude. There was this girl, couldn't get her name but she has asian background, Asking me to print my docs myself as she was rolling her eyes at me. I didn't have one of those cards to use the printer therefore I tried to talk to her again but she ignored me so I had to leave the place without printing. Terrible service.
