I was interested in an apartment the company was listing at immobilienscout24. During the viewing the person showing the apartment was extremely nice and friendly, and said I was their first option and if I like the apartment I could take it. The next day I wrote them I would be happy to take it, but nobody replied, and my phone calls were ignored for a couple of days. Afterwards I got a message that the apartment owner had decided to give it to somebody else. It could be that it was indeed the fault of the apartment owner, not the company, but I still found this a bit unprofessional.

Wegen Covid, wurde uns auch eine Besichtigung der Immobilie per Video bzw. in digitaler Form angeboten. Super flexibel! Wir sind rundum zufrieden, macht weiter so!
