My husband and I recently were In Texas visiting family. We decided to rent a minivan and unfortunately we received hail damage to the rental car unbeknownst to us during our possession. State Farm was quick to process our claim and our local rep Danielle Jaarveth went way above and beyond what was necessary to help us. After our claim was paid, said rental car agency sent us another bill with no explanation of what the additional 380 charges were for. Danielle asked me to send me the bill and see if I could get further clarification and she would send on to claims dept to see if they would cover that extra bill. That was followed up by Danielle with many calls to me updating me and also after the claim was denied, the claims agent called me to explain as well as Danielle. They both also, gave me very good info on how to proceed in calling to dispute with said car rental company! I have NEVER had this kind of service especially from auto insurance! Danielle in my book, deserves recognition for this, as she really followed up to make sure i was well taken care of and in this day and age is a rarity! Thanks Danielle

We looked around a lot after our rates shot up when we moved to a new state, we looked at a lot of smaller private companies, and the big ones too. I had heard some good and bad things about state farm so I was a little timid about going with them at first. But they have been so helpful, especially with all the little details, and changes that we wanted to make. I've never had to wait long on the phone to be helped, they are are quick to respond to my messages. So far they have been great to work with, and I dont have to worry.
