Over the 2 years that I have been there they continually raised my rates to the point I had to go somewhere else and I have a clean driving record and carry a CDL with no accidents, In my opinion they are money hungry and don't care about the customer trying to survive.

Not only are they willing to spend ample amounts of time with you to make sure they are getting you the right coverage at a good price, but their customer service is impeccable. I have never been treated so kindly and compassionately as when dealing with their agents. They are truly the epitome of Customer Service! On top of all that, I am saving over 500 on my insurance annually by switching to them. They were very accommodating at listening to both my personal and business needs, and I was pleasantly surprised at how affordable it was to cover everything I needed. They never pressured me, nor did I feel obligated in any way after their initial quote. I cannot say enough about this small, family-owned business. They truly know the art of compassion and good business. I will never go anywhere else for insurance again! :-)
