Reasonable offer, but what really made the experience was their interest in flexibility and making it convenient for us. We were able to arrange a simultaneous closing and purchase as well as a 1031 exchange. They also referred us to a reasonably priced moving company. We moved out and into the new home on the same day

I had to evict the tenant he left the house in terrible condition. My wife Sunja, Daughter and myself began getting it back in shape then I suffered brain tumor surgery wich ended my involvement. I recieved dozens of post card offers. One day a nice letter came from Jason I was impresed and ask my wife to call him to see what he had to say. Right away we received word from Mike a meeting was arranged and me met Mike he was impressed as we were with him. After Mike went through our house an aggrement was reached. All went exceptionally well . We were very satisfied, Mike was a gentleman we hadn't met Jason. He later called, was returning from St. George and ask to stop by and see the house. I couldn't go down I was not feeling well. Sunja met him, his wife and family was really impressed. Unfortunately I've yet to meet Jason but that will come. The sale went through as planned and clossed with the Title Company on a Friday the funds were in my bank on Tuesday morning. Extremly fast. We trusted them and they fulfilled their trust.
