This is a long overdue review but better late then never. I just wanted to say that both Melissa and Rachel are absolutely amazing. I came in for insurance closer to closing time and they totally helped me find the best deal and even stayed with me a little past there closing time to make sure I was thoroughly taken care of and satisfied. This was by far one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Thank you both for your kind words and your significant help. I have interacted with both of them a few times since then regarding my policy and every time has been a complete joy. Thanks again for all you guys do!!
