I have Car and Home Insurance. I constantly am solicited, "Hey, let me get you a better price!" Here is my response; "What good is a lower price if you are not represented, looked after, and cared for by the company collecting those premiums? I have had Farmers, American Family and a couple of fly-by-nights represent me, taking my premiums month after month... then when there is a question, a need, or a hiccup, they are nowhere to be found, or they tell me that coverage is no longer on your policy or... look me in the eye and stab me in the back." I might pay "a little more" but in the end... They have my back and treat me like family. I am not going anywhere!

I found Tera with Allstate last summer when I was refinancing my house. The insurance I had then had some type of clause that my broker needed restated, and my insurance company was not responsive at all. I scrambled to find new insurance so I could lock in my rate. Within less than half an hour, Tera and her crew had called, even spoke with my broker about what he needed, and to top that off, she also saved me about 100 on my home owners' and close to 20/ month on my auto insurance for the same exact coverage I was getting else where. Even more recently, I sold my old car and bought a new one, and it was super easy to change vehicles on my policy. I haven't had to file a claim yet (knock on wood I won't need to), but I am really happy with the price and the coverage as well as with how friendly Tera and her crew are.

This review is NOT a reflection of my local agent, Tara Carney, but from calling into customer service. One of your employees made a huge mistake by not changing my due date when I called in to have it changed. So my policies cancelled when the hurricane winds hit utah which resulted in a tree falling on my car and I couldn't file a claim because of you're agents mistake! I spoke with a supervisor about this and executive team and they refused to fix their mistake. I will NEVER work worth Allstate again, and I would NEVER recommend Allstate to my worse enemies!
