I had the best personal trainer who knew what she was and motivated me to keep going till i reach my goal and her name is Averie. I also liked the staff who were professional and great people.
Ive been to soo many Vasa's since moving from Riverton to north salt lake to now ogden. Im a huge fan of vasa gyms. But im giving this location a 1 star because of the handicap parking. Its not REAL Handicapped parking. Im a young man in a wheelchair and they use the hash marks as actual parking spots, which makes it impossible for us wheelchair users to park and get our wheelchairs out of our vehicle. They did this because theyre out of normal parking and had to increase the number of spots for their customers. But they should not have done it the way they did.
I like going to VASA frequently. I have a good time getting fit and healthier. The location suits me very good too.
Best gym experience
I first visited this VASA just before COVID shut it down for months - Today, I went in to cancel because I just don't use it. They will not only charge me 25 for this month, (30 day notice fee), they want to charge me for an annual renewal fee of 50 which doesn't come due until the END of this month??? FRAUD, THEFT !!! I WILL be notifying my VISA holder and DISPUTING all charges from VASA -5 stars
Vasa has every machine you could ever want, plus a basketball court, pool and much more. It can get very busy there though. In peak hours it can be hard to get on the machines you want. Best times to go are between 1pm - 3pm and 9pm - 12pm.
Hot tub is yellow and needs to be cleaned. And the jets aren’t working right. The steam room needs to be sprayed out like twice a day atleast, it gets gross and gritty. I love vasa. Been coming for years. But the quarantine really took its toll on this place.
