Still waiting on a call back from them almost a year and a half ago when our well was acting up. I had a two month old and asked for them to come out and give me an idea of cost since I just had a baby and funds were tight. I was told very rudely, they don't do that and they would call us at their convenience to come look at our well. Don't waste your time calling them unless you want to get spoken down to. Maybe if my husband would have called he would have been more responsive.

We got badly screwed by this company. Needed a water tank installed at our cabin. The guy who installed it said it would probably cost 250 or so for the tank & 250 for labor (1/2 hour plus travel time). Got the bill & it was over 600! We looked at comparable tanks at Menards & they were 1/3 the price. Never again!

Our well waterline broke. We called 5 well service companies and Komarek Well Drilling service was the only company who took the time to come out to help us. Only took them 1 hour to dig 6 feet down, 20 feet long, replace pipe and fill. Highly recommend!

Ya know it would be nice if they told you a price before coming out and also would be nice if they actually got in contact with you before they show up unannounced .. also when you call about the unfair charges 125.00 for 30 sec observation it would be nice if the boss didn't start swearing at people
