小郡イオン側にあり、田んぼのど真ん中にありますので、遠目からも直ぐに分かります。 道路側から入ろうとすると整備された道がありますが、Googleマップ案内をしてもらうとあぜ道をナビされますので、注意が必要です。

田んぼの中にぽつんとある小さな神社です。近くの御勢大霊石（みせたいれいせき）神社の末社で、第14代仲哀天皇が祀られています。
