Appointment cancelled for no reason. Tried calling to confirm and phone number provided is disconnected. Received a text 10 minutes before my appointment saying “not sure if you are aware I am working from my home spa”. How would I be aware of that if it doesn’t state it anywhere on website or schedule site? And phone number is disconnected so? They don’t even have the decency to call the day before or with ample time beforehand to notify of this change. “Home spa” was 25 minutes from this location. So unprofessional. Don’t waste your time.

If I could give no stars I would so my mom made a appointment here to do a facial the day of the appointment 45 min prior to my appointment I received a text saying sorry I’m not taking any new clients due to the Corona, however when my mom made the appointment I was right there and my mom stated to the lady that answered that I was a new client. And to go on she tried to make it a racial thing. However I would Definitely be reaching out to the better business bureau. Word of advice take your business elsewhere where it’s appreciated and respected.

I purchased a Groupon and made an appointment. When I showed up at the address on the Groupon and on google the door was locked and the phone number disconnected. I went to my emails to check the confirmation they sent me the week before and they had sent an email an hour earlier saying they had tried to reach me. (They apparently copied my office phone number down). They moved across town and did not bother to tell me. Then they cancelled my appointment. Their solution was to tell me to just get a refund for my Groupon. These people are terrible. Don’t waste your time with them.
