I am in love with this place. I adopted my first pet dog a Golden Retriever from here and the experience has been amazing. Beyond my expectations. Their staff is outstanding and of great help. I really want to thank Dipen, Sankulp and Ravi for being there everytime and anytime to guide and help me. I always recommend this place for pet stuffs, food, care. My Golden Retriever, Blossom is always excited to go there, it is like a therapy for humans. Hehe,really.. Their cafe pefe is amazing with wow food. A happy place for my pet, my friends, family and myself.. Thank you Oh my dog for this wonderful service ️

Wrong counselling and lied about age This is our little Zana. When we got her from Oh My Dog, we were told she was 47 days old. As first time dog parents, we didn't know any better. We had a counselling session at the Oh My Dog shop and were asked to feed her an expensive chicken gravy and rice. When we fed her the gravy and rice, the whole night she had loose motions and pooped almost 6-7 times. We took her immediately our trusted vet the next morning, who told us that she was not more than 35 days old and she was too young to be given chicken and rice. We had this reconfirmed by another vet too. We immediately switched to baby milk powder and Zana recovered the very next day. When we got her, she also had huge tics in her ear on day 1, and since she wasn't cleaned properly by the store, those tics rapidly multiplied (since we were first time dog parents we didn't know how fast they multiply), and took us 3-4 months to get her completely tic free. When we confronted the owners of the store about the age and the fact that they had asked us to feed chicken to such a tiny puppy (something the vet recommended we do only after she reached 3 months), we didn't get any satisfactory replies. Today our Zana is 9 months old and healthy are hearty, but she probably wouldn't have been had we not taken a great deal of care in the first few weeks. A dog is not a phone or a laptop that you can lie about and sell, I would definitely recommend people to buy dogs from authentic breeders who breed the dogs themselves and sell dogs that are old enough to be sold, and not from this store. This post is long overdue.

"Ohh My Dog" this is not a place where you just buy a pet else this is the place where you buy emotion.,where you make a bond with the new member of your family. They are so good at what they are doing. They don't technically sell a pet to you else they sale a kid to you and before handing you THE MOST SPECIAL KID OF YOUR LIFE they monitor you, interview your, physiologically train you, provide counselling so you can take care of your pet. Even when they give you your pet, they technically take care all of the responsibility, they are just a phone away to assist your if your kid develop any sort of issue and they help you in a very caring and professional manner. At Oh my dog, they don't help us to get a baby pet else they make us mentally and emotionally ready to be a more sincere, responsible and committed parent so our beloved pet can have a good life and we could develop a bond which will last till eternity.

I bought my first puppy from here, and I am very happy they take good care of my puppy and help with all the vaccinations as well and I am satisfied with ohh my dog. It's also very good for socialising your pup with others dogs.

Good place for Animal Lovers. Here you can buy Pet Food, Clothes. Even Pet Treatment happens here. If you are animal lover and do not have any pet, you can still visit this place and play with pets. Good Food cafe. So while having fun with pets, you can enjoy the food.
