The Good: The surgery went amazing, my eyesight is a perfect 20/20 now and I’m beyond amazed. Plus they except Care Credit so you can get special 0% interest financing for up to 24 months! :) I only have to pay 175 a month for the next two years for a whole lifetime of perfect vision. The Bad: I felt like their could’ve been a more welcoming environment for customer service. I didn’t feel like they cared a ton to make sure I was completely comfortable with the experience.. The majority of the experience felt devoid of emotion and for something as serious as my eyesight, I thought more effort would’ve been given. In saying that, I would still 100% make the same choice and go through Ohio Valley Eye Institute. They were professional, knowledgeable and did a fantastic job. All in all it was a great experience.

Everyone is incredibly sweet! I really love how spunky Dr. Alberts is. She made me feel very comfortable and made me feel like I was a priority. My fiancé and I will continue to come here.

The staff were nice, the doctor was skillful. The actual operation to fix my clouded cataract lens was fast, painless and effective. The corrected lens is very clear and no side effects. The only downside was the amount of paperwork for 30 seconds of laser work was silly. I filled out fewer forms for my last heart cath. I don't think they need a full medical history for some eye drops and a few laser shots in the eye. It seemed like an excessive amount of prep for such a very short non-invasive procedure. Harmless but excessive prep. Overall, I'm really looking forward to having my other eye treated and getting my full vision back.
