This guy double charges credit cards and has been getting away with it for some time. He comes off as really friendly and kind but he is really a complete scumbag for stealing money from hard working people.
How fortunate we are in East Rochester to now have gas and convenient stores, on the north, south, west and east sides of town. Take your pick, they are all great and well managed and maintained. The new Oil Depot on my side of town is terrific. Great owner, low gas prices and a lot of goodies in the store. We wish them the best and competition is good for all, especially the consumer.
