They have always been kind and courteous to me. They are also quite pleasant. Whenever I need lab work I just go in, wait a few minutes and am in and out. I've never tried calling them so can't address the issues others have had.I only know that I am happy with their customer service.

Zero customer service available. Should be ashamed. Trying to make an appointment through a “Q” is ridiculous. What kind of health provider doesn’t allow one to speak to them? I’ll drive into town the next time. List me business forever!

I went in on Friday at 9 a.m. and specifically requested that they send the results to my doctor by FAX the following Monday. By Tuesday my doctor had not received the results and I am in voice mail limbo with these people ("people" is putting it mildly).

Quite possibly one of the WORST organizations to call. You will get trapped in voice mail jail forever. You CANNOT get a real person. When you do get into the customer service line, you get the recording "All of our representatives are busy, please call back". Click. You have to start the process ALL OVER AGAIN. VERY FRUSTRATING!!!

They don't allow phone contact to the local office so you can't make a phone appointment and can end up waiting a long time to be seen. Worst customer service!

Absolutely unable to reach a person to talk to at the Ojai office. EVERY phone option led to either more phone options or directed me to a web site. Appalling customer service.
