It is the peaceful place to visit in Nashik district located 3km from Ozar (MIG), Besides to janardan swami ashram named as Jam shanti dham ozar it aslo has shri baneswar mahadev mandir with 108 shivlings, temple has been covered with water outsides of temple it looks like jal mandir, temple has all Maharashtrian sants and god statues in it.
