This is our second time going to Okeechobee store as the first time went so well we figured let's do it again. Unfortunately this go around is nothing like the first. We placed an order in late October only to be told it would be late November before we would receive anything from our order. Today is November 30th and we are now being told it will be another couple weeks \maybe\. Asked what was keeping them so long and was told because of shipping again. I have already made the 10% down back in October and am now being told that I will not have a payment until January. But that still doesn't give me any answers as to when it will actually be here for me. Ordered full size bed frame and mattress and also a bunkbed and mattresses for them. Would like to recommend to others because staff is very nice. Just don't really have a solid answer to where or why or merchandise hasn't arrived.
