Kristina and Joe are the best realtors I have ever dealt with. Joe took PHENOMENAL photos of the house that we were selling and Kristina massaged the sellers of our new home to help us get everything we possibly could our of the deal; which meant more in our pockets. Their reach within the industrial helped us sell our home in less than a week; with MULTIPLE OFFERS!!! I was terrified to think how we would be able to sell a home and purchase another in only 45 days, and without these two, I am not sure if it would have been possible. Another realtor we had first met with felt like a used car dealer with one hand in my back pocket while shaking the other, but with MIRA every engagement felt more like a discussion with friends.
