Place is low energy. Could definitely be some more information on what happened here. Okeechobee can do better and should do better.

Poorly kept grounds. Not sure what the point of having people living there is. No trash can.

Delightful walking/bike trail with lots of history if you choose to explore that trail. Wonderful for families.

Not state park to stop at, not to much to do. I have heard great things about the battle reinactments though.
