I had a flat rear tire on my Electraglide on route to Orlando. Roy immediately looked on the lifting platform and found that there was a slit about 1 inch in size in the tire. Since a custom tire size is mounted on my Electraglide, he immediately ordered one. The next afternoon the tire was imediately mounted and I was able to continue driving. Top work and very helpful also with taxi and rental car looking. Thank you for everything
