This is my review for Rent-A-center on park st. In Okechobee. I absolutely love this place the staff here are the most friendliest and honest people. They are very knowledgeable about the products that they sell here. I have been a customer here for a little over a year now and hands down they are the best a getting you what you need when you need it. I ordered a custom bedroom set from Kendal when it was delivered the dresser was damaged by the shipping company not the delivery driver from rent a center to be clear. They photographed the problem and had me a new one in no time. If you have a problem with paying a week they will work with you. You have to keep up your end of the contract. I would highly recommend coming here for whatever it is that you need Kendal or Andy are great to work with 5 stars to them. I look forward to being a customer for a long time. I can not express enough how amazing the employees especially Kendall & Andy are at rent a center everything I’ve wanted or needed they made sure I got it or went above and beyond to get it!!!!!!! Definitely recommend this store to everyone that’s says they need something thanks Sherry

This place is awesome love the people truly feel like family everytime I go in they understand hard times and will assist you with what you need to do with out losing what you already put in to your stuff Alonzo who Is my favorite is always there to great me with the warmest smile and help me find out what goodies I need next or want and always make sure i get the best price or deal that there offering at the moment and even helps me load it into my car now that's device with a smile; ) I will always recognize this place for the best customer service in town .
Old computer crashed needed a new one quickly walked in walked out very quickly with a better computer at a reasonable price they always help and they always work with me on the payments will always go back
