The employees were nice but for foreigners it was extremely expensive and poor quality. When I came back to my country, the local dentist broke the filling they did and gave me a new one. Because it was terrible

Ridiculous that you’ve got plenty of spaces for private but not nhs! Children including babies going without a dentist in this town, Elderly not able to get appointments or anyone else unless it’s classed as an emergency. Someone else should open another dentist surgery in this town because this one clearly can make do without the customers especially through a pandemic!

Took time of work to go to my appointment. When I arrived I was told by the receptionist that the new dentist I booked to see had delayed starting his post and so I'd have to come back another time. Went again this morning for a 6 month check-up but I was just over 15 minutes late. This was because no reminder had been sent so I phoned ahead when the surgery opened to check that I was definitely booked in for today. When I got there I was told the dentist wouldn't see me and I'd have to come back another time. I get the impression that this surgery has enough work and therefore thinks that it doesn't need to trouble itself with things like customer service.

Terrible! People are extremely unpolite in there. In every respect you are made to believe that you have to suit their needs instead they are suiting your needs. Try travelling a bit further and find a caring dentist. It will be worth it.

My appointment ran smoothly. I only had a few minutes wait before my dentist called me in. I then received professional and successful treatment by my very pleasant dentist, Mr. Ahmed Amer. The only slightly negative point which, being retired, hasn't so far been a big issue for me, is that my appointment has been postponed more than once. However, this could possibly cause greater inconvenience to the working community whose time is much more constricted.
