Poor customer service, will not answer the phone, took my gun in for cerakote and received a sub par job, took it back for a “recoat” and received my gun back assembled incorrectly and not functioning properly and still a sub par cerakote job. I’m thoroughly disappointed with my purchase. Wish I would have known to use someone else.

Very helpful & friendly service. They offer and modify AR-15 rifles and other firearms. Have a small selection of knives as well. Very cool military atmosphere. Great place for veterans and military who are looking to upgrade their firearms.

I’m having a hard time with anyone who says these guys aren’t great..... I walked into Black label about a year ago and everyone in the shop treated me extremely well and fixed a minor issue with my rifle. I actually just hopped on google really quick to locate their phone number so that I can have them do some cerakote work for me. These are the good guys.. A service and extremely respectful!
