Good news the facility just went under new management and the place is awesome!!! Tim and Yvonne are doing a great job. It's very obvious they are experienced with horses and do the very best to accommodate every single boarded. My horse and I are very happy and it excites me to see new boards coming in. They ensure that my horse receives the best care and I know he is in the best hands. If you are looking for a drama free and relax place for you and your horse I highly recommend bridlewood.

I have a horse at Bridlewood. I have never had any problem getting a hold of the owner. I love the 24 hr. access. I have needed help with my horse and the Staff and the owner went out of their way to me. I love the indoor arena and the outside arenas. The boarders the are very friendly and will answer any questions you may have. What you get for the price you pay if fantastic. I've tried to keep my horse at my home and found that I could not keep up with the work. Please keep up the great work.

In response to the owner last month, We did not come from a rescue felicity, we would help rescued horses yes. However those boarders horses were YOURS that were skinny and needed to be groomed. In your opinion of "Not being a trainer" is your opinion yes, however I've witnessed four people leaving your barn for Laura's training, and they loved it. We didn't appreciate you smoking on horse back and smoking next to us, or the fact you let a minor on your property chew tobacco and smoke. We paid our board ON TIME EVERY TIME, so don't try to play that card. We were injured on your property several times and told you about it, however we never sued because we believed you to fix the cable on the fencing that would injure people and horses. You tried to accuse us of stealing tack, which you then found your tack later and never apologized to us. You didn't have a lock for your money box where we would put our board money, which was nerve wrecking and you never wrote any receipts for us or a contract for us. We never left without paying you and gave you thirty days notice. So again, God bless and I hope your 18 horses that are skinny need vet care will find good homes.

I recently boarded my horse at this facility for 9 months. If there would have been another facility around that area, I would have moved sooner. The manager is so unprofessional and rude. She did not check for paperwork to make sure my horse was up to date on shots and did not have a contract for me to sign. When I went to remove my horse from the facility she claimed that I owed her extra money for not keeping him there for a year but refused to show me a contract with my signature on it. She stated that the 1 year discount is all over her website. It is now but was not at the time I brought my horse in. She then threatened to call the cops because I was "trying to remove my horse without paying" when I clearly had the checks and was just trying to get her to show me some sort of contract which she kept refusing to do. She then tried to block my truck in and began cursing at me. This is one of the many problems I experienced at this facility. The owner chain smokes in the barn which is completely unsafe around all of the hay and wood shavings and terrible for the horses health in general. There was always a new stable hand because they would quit after two weeks due to the way she treated them. Most of them had no equestrian experience at all. There was one time that I came to get my horse out of the pasture and two horses still had halters and lead ropes on; one of which was my own personal property, on a horse that was not mine. The stable hand stated that "she didn't know enough about horses to get it off." There were also times that some of her "employees" were drunk out in the field with the boarders horses chasing them around. At this point I did not feel that my horse was safe. Overall I would NEVER suggest this place to anyone. Nothing is handled in a professional manner and the barn climate is very negative. Most people stay for a month or two and then leave because of the way they are treated. It's a shame because the property is beautiful.
