Art Hyde

Dr. Thompson is good but members of his staff talk down to patients when needing help. They do not model Mercy’s oncology class directives. They treat the patient as if they are a hindrance to their responsibilities. Would really appreciate more compassion. If the office is understaffed they should employee more professional help.
