With only 2.3 stars, I knew it was risky but I had a no call no show from Convenient Movers on a Saturday afternoon and I was pressed for time. I must say that I was thoroughly impressed! Apparently the company is under new management now and it definitely shows! They were out to me w/in an hour of me calling on a Saturday afternoon. They were fast, efficient and very knowlegdeable. Very professional and personable. I am extremely happy with their service and would definitely recommend.

Movers were awesome. John was really on point directing the crew while moving our home. The crew members were friendly and handled our furniture with special care. I would refer these gentlemen to anyone needing movers services. Thank you guys so much . DT

I used this company over the weekend!!! don't do it...very slow only one guy working at a time...I feel like they was trained to move slow and run the clock down...we still help pack and move stuff and they still managed to bill me for 5hrs...and all we was moving was a 2 bedroom apartment SMH...NEVER AGAIN RUN FROM THIS COMPANY DONT WALK RUN!!!!!
I used them yesterday to move my apartment. Lived in a 2 bedroom apartment and just moving up the road. First off was suppose to be there at 9 and i called and he said that the rain delayed them and they were filling up the truck. Okay that's fine no big deal but a call would have been nice. They get there at 10:30 and they moved so slow. We used them for 3 hours and they didn't even get half my apartment. So I paid them and sent them on there way. I believe his name was Derrick and he was on his phone most the time. Very upset because I ended up having to move the rest of it on my own and no help. It took all the money I had to hire them for nothing. Won't be using them again.

These movers are not "experts" at anything, least of all moving. First of all, they showed up 5 hours and 40 minutes late. There apparently was some issue with their moving truck. Instead of sending out another truck, they kept me waiting for nearly six hours until they got a U-Haul. Secondly, I asked repeatedly--when I initially called, when I called the day before to confirm, when they arrived, and as they were packing the truck--whether they'd be using moving pads. "Oh, yes," they assured me. They didn't use moving pads, and they left very visible scratches and dents in my dining room table and office desks. The movers got upset at me when I told their boss over the phone that they didn't use moving pads, even though I saw them sitting on the floor of the U-Haul. They would not reduce the price, despite their excessively late arrival and the damage to my property. When I spoke with the boss on the phone, he promised me the assessor would call to assess the damage. He never called, and they never responded to my calls. The movers were rude and unprofessional, and the company treats its clients and their property very poorly.
