Bought several products over the past few years, most were great. Brought home a few wevibe products tonight and one was obviously well worn over the magnetic charging ports and unable to contact the charger. Was referred to the manufacturer for warranty after obvious use by store employees for display modes. Wont go back, will buy direct from manufacturer for new items not used.

Today's customer experience really made me not wanna drive 30 miles out here anymore. I know the policies of exchanging and I used the word return, not meaning to, and after that I was not really feeling any customer service vibes whatsoever. The manager Rachel was not helpful in helping me with my exchange nor was she kind about my mistake. I was not approached while trying to find something else. When I asked a question the manager and the cashier didn't even look up and the answer came with a rude tone. I dont go on the website anymore to complain. Nothing gets done about it. People like me like to enjoy coming here for fun. This wasn't fun today. Actually it was extremely uncomfortable.

The guy who was in the adult room knew all about the pros and cons of the brands of lube. It was a great experience. I will go back to him when I need more.

I bought a Male adult toy not but 5 days ago; tried it for the first time yesterday noticed the product was defective. Upon trying to return the product I was informed that 5 days is too long for such a return. I understand if it was in lieu of me but it is clearly a manufacturer defect. If it was just one defect I could live with that but two. I do not want a replacement due to this reason. It would seem that a few dollars are more important than customer service.
