Very upsetting. I also noticed the receptionists weren’t wearing masks when talking to people. As people in the healthcare industry, I’d expect them to do better. Research aerosols!! I didn’t feel safe here.

I’m only giving Deaconess a 3 star review due to the fact that the very same ppl who run the Integris Babtist ER , bought this hospital and I detest them . Deaconess seems to have a more caring staff , but only time will tell if Integris will turn Deaconess into the very same very poorly run IBMC ER dept .

This use to be a good hospital, not sure what's happened but we had an emergency last weekend and it was a bad experience. The staff were rude and unfriendly. No one followed up on what they said. We were there for a severe wound and they were going to release us without even cleaning it. I had to ask them to please clean it first and when I asked questions, their response was like I was an idiot for not knowing the answer.
