When I tell you I have never received this type of treatment in a ER!Everyone was AMAZING!!! Dr Jones whom works in the ER is amazing and very sweet! I have diabetes and my sugar was dropping because I hadn't eaten yet! Well he goes to get me a sandwich! Mind you I'm pregnant with an abscess. The nurse was so comforting I wish I could give her name but I forgot! Thank you so much for your kindness and compassion! We need more like you guys!

Emergency rooms are nit my favorite medical facility places to visit; however my wife had a serious emergency yesterday and was transported via ambulance to the INTEGRIS SW Medical Center ER...the ER doctors, nurses and technicians were superbly professional and caring in every respect and reflect great credit upon themselves and the Integris medical system. If you have a medical emergency I highly recommend this facility!

Love their ER. I slipped on the ice and had a very obvious ankle fracture. I was checked in and back in a room pretty fast. IV started and pain meds quickly. They had to use conscious sedation to straighten my ankle. They explained the procedure, answered any questions. When I woke up my foot was where it should be and splinted. Their first priority was making sure no more damage occurred to my foot/ankle and that I was as comfortable as they could get me. My prescription was filled on site so I did not have to go anywhere after. They gave me all the information I needed to follow up with the ortho surgeon. This was one of the worst accidents I have ever had and they made it as painless and comfortable as possible.i was in and out in around 2 hours. Can’t say enough about how well I was cared for.

Had an post operation complication from earlier that day! Came in and was immediately tested and taken care of! Considering how hard times are with everything going on, I can't thank them enough for the service they do! I have never had such a wonderful experience in my life when comes to medical emergencies. The staff was amazing! From doctors, nurse's, techs, etc. Everyone spoke with concern, care, empathy, understanding on top of being just the sweetest nicest staff iv meet! I could write a book but alas I can't on a review . I'll end it with a thank you so very much for everything you guys/gals do, much love and respect.

Staff was very cynical about where I had gone for my open heart surgery. It was almost they were making fun of my answers. My cardiologist office is nearby this hospital but, I wouldn't have asked emts to take me there but, thought it was convenient for me and my doctor. Had a very bad experience that day. I felt I was a joke to them.
