The Dr's, nurses and the front staff were very nice and concerned about me. Thank you is just not enough for all they do and the work load they are carrying for all of us that need them. The ER and hospital are a blessing for Oklahoma.

Apparently, the young lady who injected my IV had no previous experience. She blew out the first vein, blood was dripping on the floor, then blew out the second vein, but then wiggled it around until blood finally started seeping blood. I'm shaking in my shoes wishing for it to be over. Her supervisor didn't seem very concerned that she was making such drastic mistakes and that I was in pretty bad pain from having my veins blown out. I would have been more than happy to have gone to another hospital if they did not have the professional staff on Duty to perform services. Here is a picture of both of my arms 3 days after getting an IV from Mercy Emergency Room. So basically they injured me before they assisted me with my original emergency. Beware of untrained staff.

Took my daughter in for stomach issues yesterday around 5pm, the front desk was very friendly and the nurse and PA’s were amazing. Thank you for being so friendly and doing everything to accommodate her.

My wife was taken here from work, I arrived after she had been put in a room. Staff was sim pathetic and helped me find her, dr had good bedside manner, we have no complaints at all about the service and everyone was very professional. People complaining probably have unrealistic expectations and want their butts kissed from start to finish.

Excellent service by all the staff from triage to MD to nursing as well as the business office. Very efficient! Lab results came back quickly and my problems were addressed immediately even though the ED was busy.
