I was visiting my father who was recently put into comfort care. When I arrived at the hospital it was about 8 am and freezing cold. My fathers room was not listed on the list where he could of had more than 1 visitor. When i got there I was brought through the ER into another hallway where a woman named Michelle was working, she took my temperature asked if I had any symptoms of COVID I’m sure the normal routine! I was very distraught because she had mentioned the room wasn’t on her list, but instead of rushing me away she decided to call someone to see if there had been a mistake due to him being transferred in the middle of the night, she called two different people and explained the situation and let them know I had my husband and my brother my fathers son with me as well to see him. She sat on the phone with different people trying to get it to be added to the list of I guess exceptions. She finally hung up and told me that we three could go on up . She then took their temperatures as they came in explained to them why it took so long and then explained to us how to get to his new room. She was respectful, caring and resourceful. She made that morning 10 times better under the circumstance I have continued to see her thorough out the week and she always has a positive attitude and is always willing to help. It makes me at ease knowing my father is under the care somewhere where people do care. She did inform me that she was not employed directly with mercy but a company named I believe she said Town Park. And I just wanted you to know as a hospital I am very impressed with her and the manners in which she presented herself she is definitely a warming sight during this hard time. So thank you so much for allowing this company to hire her seeing a bright face so early in the morning makes my day just so much better. Thank you again Mercy

Seems like a decent hospital. Staff is friendly and attentive. Have spent quite a bit of time here lately at the ER for family and they have been quiet patient.

Very friendly nurses and staff! My oral surgery was done flawlessly. The mymercy website is a huge plus as well, can see a lot of details on the surgery, as well as prepay before it. Whenever I need another surgery done, I hope it's done here.

The staff of Care Plus Home Care is awesome. It is a family owned company and to me that means not only do they want to provide good service they also want the tradition of their company to maintain the wonderful reputation they have for service for future generations of their family as they enter the business. I have called upon their nurse Kathy many times. She is always kind, informational, and I feel confident she knows her stuff. Care Plus Home Care really does care.

This hospital is amazing. Really. When my son was small they have the Drs he needed. And now that treat us like family when we come. They are helping my sister fight her stage 4 cancer. Giving her a better life while she is here. They treat her like I do. They care an love us. I will always drive the distance to go here. And I love how people learn you an call you by first name you dont just feel like a number
