Landon is absolutely your best choice when it comes to choosing a realtor. I told him from the get-go, that I'm young and CLUELESS about the housing market, and also the home-buying process. He told me not to worry, to take my time, and he'd show me as many properties as I'd like, even if it takes me years to find the perfect one. Just a little over a month after I met Landon, I closed on my first house. He really listens to you. He is a wealth of knowledge. He's very familiar with the area, and he was patient and very involved, from start to finish. He helped me negotiate some terms with the buyer, and I truly feel like he helped get me a great deal. I love my home! Seriously, choose Landon, you won't regret it!!

Where do I start... let me first mention I had a bad experience with a realtor prior to meeting him so I was a bit skeptical. Well, Landon was amazing from start to finish! He exceeded every expectation and then some. He is so intelligent and knows everything! He blew me away in how he showed us what to look for in houses from foundational issues to even the future outlook in neighborhoods. Landon educated me in things I never thought to look for and that I will remember and use in the future. He really cares about you and is not just trying to sell you anything, he genuinely cares about you getting the perfect house and always reminding me not to settle. Landon was a godsend to our family at a time when help was badly needed. Our dad passed away earlier in the year and we had recently moved our mother into an assisted living facility. Selling the house suddenly became a priority. Landon met with us and our mom at the house and was outstanding in assisting us with helping mom to maintain her dignity by making the decisions her own on a house she lived in for 40 yrs. The sympathy received for us from Landon was priceless. Landon impressed all of us by meeting with us the same afternoon after 1st contact, bringing pertinent docs for the area, helping us establish a listing price and explaining how the entire process worked. The house was listed shortly thereafter and soon had several showings with an offer that was made and excepted in a very short time period.
