I went in with my son for a possible concussion. They put the band on him too tight and it was cutting into his skin and he was crying about it. I had to have someone go cut it off of him. People who came in after us was being seen. I had gone into the womens bathroom and there was roaches as well. I was only able to get a few pics of it. We waited for about 2 hours before deciding that it would be much easier to see his pediatrician instead of waiting with no help.

My son stepped on what looked like a small broken syringe needle in our hotel room that we just booked into so I was already a very unhappy momma but I was still very courteous at the hospital. When we arrived they checked us in and we waited maybe 5 minutes as there was nobody there. When we got back to the room, they were more concerned with xraying his foot than anything and insisted that he had stepped on a staple as I brought it in with us to show them. It wasn't until they took the needle back to look at it that they acknowledged that it was a broken syringe needle. After all the debate they didn't even want to check my son for potential drugs or HIV or Hepatitis. I'm very frustrated that they didn't take it serious and just brushed it off like it was no big deal.

Brought my 1 year old in because she had fallen and pierced atleast 4 teeth through her bottom lip. We were the first ones to arrive in the emergency room and we waited about 5 hrs with my daughter screaming, crying, and bleeding. We watched 6 people go ahead of us while my baby was in obvious pain. The woman working the desk was very hateful and the first remark she made “it doesn’t even look that bad” excuse me but we went to 2 places before that couldn’t treat her because it had pierced all the way through so they told us to go to children’s. After a few hours of constant screaming and crying they then moved us to “immediate waiting” whatever that means we were just taken to a waiting area to be secluded where we then waiting another hour or two. The doctors here were amazing and I was very pleased with the way they treated my daughter, but because of the wait and the rude lady at the desk, we will not return.
