Some of the more asinine covid restrictions I've seen. I was told, for my own safety, I would have to leave the building, cross the street, drive over a mile away to use a gas station restroom. This seemed much safer than the restroom that was 20ft away.

I was sent via urgent medical from Lawton to this hospital. I drove three hours one way to have an abscess in my neck drained. Three rounds of oral antibiotics have failed. I sat in the lobby carrying my urine around. I was finally taken back to start an IV and given steroid and zofran for nausea. Nothing for pain. I was told by the paramedic that started the IV that the benedryl I needed so I wouldn't have a reaction to the dye via cat scan could be given right before I went to CT. I was placed in a seating area with zero contact from the nurses. Completely ignored. The CT guy came and I told him that I needed the benedryl. He freaked out...ran to radiology and lied to them and said that I said I was going to die if I had the cat scan. Then he went home. So the doctor for the first time after several hours showed up and told me that the cat scan guy said what he said and that I was going to have to spend 13 more hours in the chair in the area I had been sitting for hours without medical treatment. Almost happy about it. Then she said she would go talk to radiology to tell them that's not what happens but that they probably would say no. So then I had to sit for another hour or more waiting to get help. People all around me moaning and suffering. No help. Absolutely sick...no compassion no caring that these people are humans ...no privacy..my Hippa rights were completely nulled when they asked my social security number and private info in front of a whole room of people. No walls separating us. I was discharged with nothing done to drain my abscess. And I was told to quit taking my antibiotics.

The doctors and nurses are great. They did an awesome job on my mom but the checking out process is a joke. They are not organized. We live about 2 hours away and we got here they haven’t even started her paper work yet to get released even though the doctor said she’s good to go. When you have a loved one is ready to leave just be prepared to wait while because like what I said the process is a joke and if you want to get your prescription you have to find a pharmacy for them apparently they can’t do it themselves

We were in for an outpatient surgery, and I was very impressed with the knowledgeable, friendly staff. From the moment we checked in, every staff member was caring and kind. The facility was very clean, and many measures were in place for social distancing and safety. An overall great experience.
