As a small business, one of the things that are valued most is customer service, professionalism, and integrity. We've been battling with this company and location for over two months, being owed 5,000 in a return deposit from a rental trailer. We were professional and timely with doing business with them and have not received a reciprocated effort from this location or its administrative team. with each attempt to resolve the issues, there has been redundant responses and efforts from their team members. True as it may be, they suggest that the problem was a corporate issue, but as the subordinate of a corporate office, we know that there is a line of communication and access given to administrators to properly communicate resolve ongoing issues. We've contemplated ceasing communication with this business and pursuing legal action, as our feedback always results in someone being out of the office, not available, or awaiting feedback from corporate. We've been told several times that authorizations to release our funds have been submitted on several occasions, which would result in duplicated request. In this event, someone would have observed the request by now. Again the issue has transcended more than two months of owing our company 5,000 in funds. One of our team members has worked continuously and closely with this location and other participating members of this matter and has failed substantially. We do not recommend anyone use this location, or Penske in general, as experiences such as these kill the integrity of a business. We're leaving this review in addition to a review with the BBB. It is very displeasing and poorly markets the company as reliable and sufficient. It also does not show itself business friendly in effort to partner with other companies for their needs. -Prime

Being our trucks are leased through Penske, we get all our repairs done at their shops. The 5th St location is one of my favorite places to get work done if I'm in the area. The staff is always friendly and available. Just had some work done on my truck here and the Technician was ready to start the moment I pulled in. Great service, great attitudes at this location!!
