I was referred to Principal Technologies by multiple people, and I had a great experience. I worked directly with Sarah Schroeder through my recruiting process, and she was extremely helpful. She was very welcoming and accommodating to the aspects I desired in a new job, and did her best to find me a good place to work. In the end I was placed with a company that I like and enjoy working for so far, and this was all due to Sarah guiding me through the process. In the future I will refer people to Principal Technologies and also specifically to Sarah. I could not have asked for a better experience.

I wouldn't waste your time. I signed up with them, only to find out I was qualified for a PERFECT job for me, but they couldn't represent me. They stated because I had applied for other jobs, with this particular company on my own, that they wouldn't be able to assist me. Yet I FOUND THE JOB ON PRINCIPAL'S WEBSITE, they didn't do the work. Then when I went to the LOVE'S website, the job wasn't posted there. What a way to disqualify a perfect candidate for a job.

I have been working with Shaun Blenkinsop as my recruiter at Principal Technologies for a year and I can't recommend him highly enough. His understanding of my ability compared to the needs of a company has scheduled interviews that align my goals with a company where I would be an asset. As far as his professional characteristics, I have never needed to research a position on my own, call for an update, or virtually anything else; simply because of his level of communication, diligence, and a sense of urgency when an opportunity is presented. Even when he took vacation he had a colleague ready to follow up on an opportunity that resulted in a job offer supporting the downtown corporate office of an auto dealership. When I have a friend looking for a career or position change, I give them Shaun number.

This almost pains me to write as I had such high hopes for them...I was referred to Principal Technologies early this year since I am inexperienced at looking for jobs. Once I was finally contacted by my recruiter Dianne Carter she seemed very nice. I was scheduled to go up to the office and meet with her and take some tests (typing, data entry, etc...). She was enthusiastic and listened to what I had to say. She told me it may be difficult to get the goal amount but it was doable and she looked forward to working with me. I suppose I left expecting follow-up within a week and a week went by. I called and left a message. Another week went by. I called, no answer. More time and calls passed; she finally called me never mentioning my earlier calls or messages and told me nothing came up yet but she was still working with me and would follow up with me in a week. She never did. Now, my problems are twofold. One: I feel it is very unprofessional to not check your business messages, not to mention not responding at all. Two: I wish if my situation/experience was going to be problematic that it would have been explained to me. I was set up for disappointment and I was given no time frame and combined with a lack of response it sends the message that I am not important and that we all wasted our time. I'm afraid I can't recommend this company now even though it may just be my one bad egg.
