Elyse and Wayne have been a pleasure to work with, Austen Jewellers is very well known for their impeccable customer service and they did not disappoint! I was helping my dad get a bracelet for my mom and Elyse was fantastic in sending me options and helping to make sure the sizing was right. Then Wayne went the extra mile and went to my parents ta house to drop it off in person! Talk about first class service!!! Excellent place to go for all your jewelry needs! I went today to get a watch resized and in doing so they cleaned my rings for me and didn’t even charge me for the watch resize. Super friendly and extremely clean in there too. I have been here a few times and have always found this. Small-town politeness and ethic. Would highly recommend
