Great customer service. My vehicle was hit by the giant hail storm in 2020. I went to Carstar, they were very busy with a lot of repairs but were very helpful with setting up a rental. They kept providing me with updates as parts were needed to be ordered for my vehicle and it took a while. Weeks after I received my vehicle back I had noticed a issue with the trim they had replaced. When I went back the service manager Brian came out personally and brought in my vehicle and fixed it. Customer service goes a long way and this place does that well, I recommend this place.

They did a tremendous job on my truck, after a deer ran into it. They kept me informed by text on how repair was going. Marisa also checked with insurance so I didn’t pay deductible. Truck looks good as new & lifetime warranty. Awesome service.
