Really unfortunate that after 2 years I will no longer take my pups here. I have spent thousands of dollars in this shop, only to be treated in an unfriendly manner after having adopted Howie the kitty that they need to rehome because he was destroying merchandise, and probably just unhappy living in the shop. That was 5 months ago. Since then Aleah became more and more unfriendly, I don't know why. Never asked about Howie unless I brought him up. Odd because they said they really wanted to know how he was doing ... keep us informed! So I took it upon myself to call and speak with Crystal, the owner, and she did not care in the least! She was only interested in telling me that her life was so busy expanding her business, as well as taking care of her sons, she just didn't have time for me or my concerns. What ever happened to the saying \the customer is always right?\ I know for sure that I am probably not even welcome there anymore because I should have gotten my reminder for my pups grooming tomorrow and have not received any. I could not go back there now anyway as it would be so awkward and just uncomfortable. I am now taking my pups for grooming at Luxurious spa, with Brenda whom trained Jody. I think this will be a much better fit. I want to give my money to people that truly appreciate my time and business.

Always enjoy coming to Chow Bella. The owner and staff are very friendly! Super knowledgeable in pet products especially with dietary requirements for my fur babies. I love that they know me by name as well as my boys. If you can't find what you want or need the staff with always try to accommodate or suggest something better. Makes you feel at home!
