I went with my daughter today to reward her an ice cream cone for something. We spent 15 minutes waiting in line with NO ONE in front of us. Mean while the three employees were all working on drive through orders. 4 vehicles went through the drive through before I mentioned something. The guy responded rather rudely saying they were extremely busy but took my order non-the less. Then they carried on with the drive through orders. Then a skip the dishes guy came in and they started on his order which they had to get all the ice cream ready for. After another 5 minutes I finally had to mention something to them again in order for them to make our single ice cream cone. Will not be going back there again due to their lack of service. There are much better places in town for ice cream and for 4.50 for 1 cone, I'm better off spending 6 for marble slab!

The food was dairy queen...but the guy i was dealing with was super helpful and knew ingredients of everything for my son's allergy. I was super impressed by it.
Everytime we go we get soggy, unblended blizzards when we ask for extra chunky. They never tip over the blizzards to show they won't fall out and is never blended properly, toppings all on the top and white ice cream on the bottom. It doesn't seem to matter if I ask for extra chunky ( even though I should have to, should come that way) still comes out brutal everyone. Thought I'd give them a few chances, but this is the last straw. Bunch of teenagers that don't care about quality, rather drive to High River and get some there. The High River one is the best, someone to go by off of. Hopefully they smarten up, won't be going back for sometime.
We only come for the occasional Blizzard so can't speak to menu food / service. We've never had poor or fantastic service - always fairly standard. My wife never fails to remind me that they SHOULD HAVE flipped our blizzard upside down when they gave it to us (but it never stops us from coming!). All in all reasonable if all you're after is a frozen treat. We'll certainly be back.
Worst meal I've had in a long time. Ordered a large gravy and it was only half full. Fries were not cooked at all just warmed up. Very soggy and gross. I do not recommend.
Great people great environment great tasting food, when stopping by Dairy Queen I had ordered some food and headed back out too my truck, too realize that the battery had died the owners Sean and Cherryl, has noticed and had no hesitation too help me out and boost my truck, I would just like too say this is the people that we need running our local community business and I will for sure being going back as I live in Calgary I would much rather take the 30 min drive too this location because I know the service that I will receive and the people I will meet!
