Super sad about this place. I literally gave this lady 4 chances to treat me better. The first time I went into her store, I was looking at tigerseye specifically only to find out that her bead strings where from Michaels and hiked up by like 300% and upon speaking to the lady, she simply hardly gave me the time of day. Then the second time I went for some clamps. She again hardly acknowledged my existence. 3rd time I came in and was in the store for 5 mins. Someone came in minutes behind me clearly more worthy of her attention and she waited on her hand & foot and never said word one to me. Then the 4th time I asked for jump rings. She showed me where to find them and again when someone came in who was clearly a friend, I ceased to exist. NO MORE CHANCES. I will make a point to point people in another direction. The Ring Lord. Pandahall, Michael's (same product, cheaper, coupons) Yes, some of it is on line but much better service. Bottom line, you get what you give.
