I enjoy this store... great selection of products. One member of the staff was great, very friendly & extremely helpful. However, the cashier who had served me.... wasn’t very pleasant & that’s the only part that was disappointing. Other than that, the overall shopping experience wasn’t too bad

Pros: Easy access Lots of parking Other shopping nearby Friendly staff Cons: Smaller selection Store seems somewhat disorganized Can be difficult to find what you’re looking for Overall it’s a decent store. However you may do better going into Calgary or High River as their stores are little bigger.
The staff are always friendly and available. Any questions were answered with clarity and enthusiasm unlike much of Okotoks other customer service oriented businesses. Good selection, consistent sales, and a super handy location for parking and such.
went there to check out Boxing Day, almost no stock and if they did it was only one size. Would not recommend to anyone
I used to go into Mark's and come out with 3 or 4 shirts, and a pair of pants or 2. Now that seem to be shunning the TALL consumer they have NOTHING I like in my size. XLT....not talking anything out of the ordinary.
