Nutters discriminates against people with medical problems. They do not honor medical mask exemptions! We do not support businesses that discriminate! If I was in a wheelchair would you turn me away? Just because you cannot see a disability, does not mean it does not exist.
I love this store! They take the time to explain everything. Very knowledgeable. Extremely helpful and just overall a great experience! I enjoy going here and will continue to go here for all my future purchases !!
I have been going to Nutter's for many years. Truly the most amazing staff! I buy my health care needs there because of the service (They also carry great products and names I trust). Over the years I have consistently experienced lovely, kind, helpful and knowledgeable service. Thank you to everyone at Nutter's!! Hope you know how much you help.
I have been going to Nutters for years and have had relatively no reason to complain or refund something other than the occasional ransid coconut bar but today when I came in for a refund of a poorly labeled, poorly promoted, unperforming product I had to go through 20 minutes of \discussion\ with the manager before they conceded to refund me. When they finally did concede to do so, their young millennial employee decided to turn on the attitude during the refund process and made a snarky comment. After that I had a five minute conversation with the manager (which would have gone on much longer if I had not shut it down) during which there was no commitment to discipline the snarky millennial employee in any way. At this point I still did not have a refund and I do not trust their customer service or their guarantee on the products they carry anymore and will not go back. I have also found that I am not alone in my poor experience regarding returns to the Nutters in Okotoks.
