Having purchased a used vehicle from a dealership in Calgary I began to notice that ew car smell\ was beginning to dissipate a few days after picking it up. What was taking over was the odour of smoke cigarettes. I contacted the dealership but they denied it had been smoked in but offered to put a odour bomb in the vehicle to take away the smell. I knew having researched the removal of cigarette smoke required more than an air freshener. I contacted Okotoks Auto Detailing asking them if they would have a look at my vehicle. I brought it in the next day and was told that it was, in fact, the odour of smoked cigarettes. They were able to arrange for an overnight cleaning a couple days later which involved a wipe down, full shampoo, dry cleaning, the use of bio-enzymes and an ozone generator. The results were amazing! The cigarette smell is gone and the vehicle looks and smells brand new!!! I have been assured they have a full satisfaction guarantee, that should the odour return they will treat the vehicle again, free of charge. When I couldn't make it to their shop to pick up the vehicle before they closed they delivered the vehicle to me. I can't say enough good things about my experience.

Went there to get some 3m put on my car...the good self repairing stuff. They were reasonably priced had great customer service. I'm pretty sure they vacuumed out the dog hair in the car too. I plan on going back to get the rest of my 3m done, and would recommend to anyone as the quality of work is phenomenal. Thanks again for the great service Okotoks Auto Detailing!
