Okotoks Glass did an awesome job replacing the windows in our home, they were professional and good communicators. Even when they were busy, they kept us up to date on our windows install dates. The installers were super friendly and swapped out the windows efficiently. The new windows have made a big difference in the temperature reguolation of our home and has even reduced the noise from outside! Not to mention they look sharp! A big thanks to the Okotoks Glass Team, Roland, Theresa, Kirsten and the Install Team!

They made us a custom glass table top for an extra wide table! It turned out beautifully!
After a break in to our business, we needed some glass replaced. We wanted to support locally. When we contacted them, they said they were busy but took our order and said we would be put in their queue. After several weeks, I reached out to them to see how much longer the wait would be. The girl answering my call passed me off to the owner who abruptly told me that they were too busy and short staffed (still) and would not be able to accommodate us. Wish we were given a courtesy call so that we could have searched for a new supplier rather than waiting several weeks thinking that we were expecting service. Very dismissive and did not offer any resolution.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! If I could give 0 stars I would. I have been Renovating Bathrooms for over 20 years and I have never come into contact such a inept group of people at a business to deal with. From the attitude from Kirsten all the way to Roland the owner no one has a clue what there doing at this business. Quote rough measurements. Go to address template glass and get glass cut. Then install. It’s that easy people.
