We have had the opportunity to work with Prairie Management for several years on one condominium complex as a vendor. I appreciate the vigilant oversight and time that has been dedicated to this complex. In a world where Property Managers are typically overworked and take on too much of a load, I have seen Andrew and his team manage growth organically, which means that when the opportunity comes for growth, Andrew has a serious look at the time that his team is able to commit to each of their current clients as well as the time that it will take to manage any further complexes. This results in each client being able to have the same oversight and care that Andrew has shown on the complex that we have worked with him on for several years. I have no problem at all in recommending Andrew and his team at Prairie Management to manage your condominium complex and am proud to have worked with the team as an approved vendor for several years!

Worst property management company, very hard to get a hold of when there is an emergency. If I could give them zero stars I would. Customer Service definitely isn’t their forté.
