I brought my little fur baby here to SAVE and they truly SAVED his life! They are compassionate, kind, caring and truly miracle workers. I would strongly recommend SAVE to anyone and everyone I know. Dr. Pinel was my puppy's surgeon and not only did he do an excellent job, but he followed up with me and was able to help me with everything and answer all my questions along the way! I could not be happier with Dr. Pinel and the entire SAVE Team...you guys are amazing! From the bottom of my heart, thank you so very much!!!

Our rescue (and spayed!) girl Pani showed signs of pseudopregnancy which led us to SAVE and Dr Marco. Further tests showed she had Ovarian Remnant Syndrome. Dr Marco offered 2 treatment options and a detailed and informative explanation of the pros and cons of both. Everyone at SAVE is friendly, kind, caring and seeing a Specialist like Dr Marco, I expected the cost to be much higher, instead, it was extremely reasonable. A huge thank you to everyone, in the middle of the COVID19 pandemic, their procedures of safely taking Pani from our vehicle into the clinic, calling with information and updates, the Reception staff, vet techs, and Dr Marco all made our experience excellent. Pani was successfully treated and, as you can see, very happy with her experience at SAVE!

Very friendly staff and took great care of our kitten. The staff kept us up to date with the surgery process and was very professional throughout. Would highly recommend this vet.

I was not impressed at all with SAVE. I called the clinic asking if I could have progesterone testing done on my dog and if so, how long would it take for the results to be available and what would the cost be? I was told no appointment was required just stop by as one of the techs would draw blood, results would be available in about 30 minutes and the charge would be 77. I arrived at the clinic spoke with the receptionist, gave her all the information she required and she said she would just have to put me on hold for a moment. She came back on the line and said Dr. Marco told her I would have to pay an additional 169 for a consult fee. I feel I should have been told this when I asked prior to driving to Okotoks from BC so I could have same-day test results. Had I been told this when I asked it would have been fine but I felt it was dishonest the way it was done.

We came here for our first vet experience with our first family pet and it was overall a great experience. I walked in with a little anxiety but the staff were friendly and courteous (I noticed they were super accommodating to others also) and the vet was very knowledgeable and had a lot of great advice. Our puppy had no complaints or issues and the whole visit was very positive.
